Referrals are Now Open for Specialised Positive Behaviour Support in three new areas across NSW!

Insight PBS is proud to announce its expansion into the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Maitland regions. Referrals are now open, with services available immediately for participants seeking specialised, face-to-face support.

Many areas, townships and cities across Australia remain isolated and out of reach for many providers. This leaves NDIS participants unable to access crucial, life-changing services that can sometimes only be found in major cities. This expansion marks a major milestone in Insight PBS’s ongoing commitment to improving access to high-quality specialised behaviour support across regional, rural and remote Australia. With the organisation already established in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Adelaide, this new expansion continues its mission to reach more participants in their local areas, particularly those with complex and high-intensity behavioural needs.

Our team is passionate about providing quality, person-centred support to people with disability, no matter where they are in Australia. This face-to-face expansion allows us to bring our specialised practitioners and evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support to more communities that have long needed local services.

Referrals are now open for face-to-face Positive Behaviour Support services across Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland, and all towns in between. A reminder that Insight PBS does not have a physical clinic in any locations. All of our practitioners work remotely and can travel to any home, school, workplace, or public space. The intention here is that to do our best work, it’s significantly better to observe the behaviour occurring in the environment where it occurs most. Not having a clinic also shortens total travel time, reducing total travel fees.

With our new areas just opening for service today, our current wait times for Specialised Behaviour Support sits at only 2 – 3 weeks.
