Luke is highly skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with specialties in Acquired Brain Injuries and mental illnesses. Luke uses empathy and a person-centred approach to develop quality Behaviour Support Plans including Behaviour Functional Behaviour Assessments, strategies to address behaviours of concern and by facilitating collaborative care team meetings with stakeholders. Luke uses his personal experience with ABI and Masters level qualifications, to collaborate with all stakeholders in a variety of settings to facilitate outcomes.

Anna is a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Insight PBS. She joined the team in 2025, bringing with her a background of working in school settings, where she spent several years supporting students with psychosocial disabilities. She has also undertaken studies in social work, further strengthening her understanding of person-centered support.

Anna’s approach to her work is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in empathy and understanding. She is passionate about creating meaningful change and is committed to supporting individuals in a way that is both empowering and respectful of their unique strengths and challenges.

What Anna loves most about her work is the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with participants and stakeholders, and being part of the positive changes in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys running and spending time outdoors in nature, finding it a great way to recharge and stay balanced.

Hi! My name is Patrick and I work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. I have been working in the disability industry for 10 years. I have a background in support work, employment services and education working primarily with children and young adults. I am passionate about person centred care and making sure that all my support is individualised and fits the person that I am working with.

I enjoy working in a team and collaborating with all members, families and carers to ensure we get the best result. I love being able to help people reach their goals and improve quality of life for all involved. People would describe me as being energetic, thoughtful, innovative and flexible.
