Why there are no names or photos

Our staff privacy policy means we no longer publish practitioner names or photographs. Everything that helps you place a referral is still here: the areas we service, and the qualifications and specialty areas available in each one.

Our team grows and changes, so we do not publish a fixed roster. Request capacity for the area you need and our intake team will confirm availability and match the participant to the right practitioner.

How a referral works

Three steps, and what happens at each

Check the area

Open your state page and find the area your participant lives in. You will see the locations we service there and the specialty areas our practitioners bring.

Request capacity

Tell us the area and the presentation. Our intake team confirms whether we can take the referral and roughly when, before you prepare any paperwork.

Send the referral

We match the participant to a practitioner with the right specialty areas and availability, then confirm allocation and expected start.

We publish our current wait times openly rather than overloading the practitioners we have. If we cannot take a referral in an area, we will tell you rather than let it sit in a queue.
